CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT PROTEIN PUDDING CUPS

 

Ingredients:
1 scoop Chocolate Hazelnut Only iSOLATES Whey Protein
12 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1-2 Tbsp Water

Instructions:
1. Mix protein powder and Greek yogurt.
2. Add 1 to 2 tsp of water, as needed, to thin out the mixture. THAT'S IT!

HAZELNUT ICED CAPPUCINO PROTEIN SHAKE 


INGREDIANTS:
1. 2 scoops of Only iSOLATES- CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT
2. 1 Tbsp Coffee
3. 2 TBSP heavy whipping cream
4. Few drops of Vanilla Essence
5. 1 TBSP chocolate hazelnut butter (if more flavour required)

DIRECTIONS:
Blend it together in a blender perfectly for a smooth texture. Pour it in your favourite smoothie glass, and your Protein Shake is ready! DRINK UP.
PROTEIN FUDGSICLES
Let’s beat the heat with Super simple yet Healthy chocolate Protein Fudgsicles with an added secret ingredient to make it just a little more nutrient dense!

INGREDIENTS:
1 15 ounce can full-fat coconut milk
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
2 scoops of Only iSOLATES- Chocolate hazelnut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

DIRECTIONS:
Add coconut milk and chocolate to a medium pot. Heat over medium heat and and whisk together occasionally until the chocolate is fully melted.
Add remainder of the ingredients and whisk until fully combined. Pour into popsicle molds and let freeze over night.
PINA COLADA PROTEIN SHAKE 
INGREDIANTS:

2 Scoops Only iSOLATES-VANILLA COCONUT
4 tbsp light coconut milk
8 tbsp no-sugar-added pineapple juice
4 tbsp water (more for a thinner shake)
1 cup frozen pineapple
5 drops all-natural coconut flavoring

DIRECTIONS:
Blend it together in a blender perfectly for a smooth texture. Pour it in your glasses, and your PINA COLADA is ready!
